As I told you before I took some pictures of our kitchen for Family Living a while back. Here´s the full lenght version. I hope you like them. I´ve had a crush on bubbelgum-pink for several years now. When we moved in to our house , 4 yrs back, the kitchen was farily new but not at all our style. It felt both wastfull and idiotic to redo the whole thing, so instead we decide on a thrifty makeover. We painted the doors of the cabinets pink. Bought an inexpensive plastic wall-to-wall carpet. And added an old cabinet with sliding doors for the retro look. (I actually saved this cabinet from beeing thrown away. You can see more from the makeover here! Since then we have changed the wall colour. The white wallpaper didn´t go well with kids tossing spagetti and meatballs.

This photoshoot was made possible by the stylist  Kicki Wieslander who helped my pull it all together.

There are not many things in our kitchen that ´s NOT vintage. Almost everything is bought at fleamarkets. However: the string lights with white balls is from Cosas. And the photograph of the Concord is bought at Posterland in Copenhagen. Viola is wearing a dress from H&M and shoes from Wallmart.

Fleamarket finds all over. But the small little Lion is from here!

I love pictures and I have to have them all over. These are lamineted and taped to the tailes.

Usually it´s a lot more messy in here! I bought this old metal tool cabinet from an old car garage. And painted it. See more of it here!

The framed pictures, to the left, are among my favourit finds.
