Second Sunday of advent
Happy second Sunday of advent everyone!
This weekend has been just like a weekend could be in December. Yesterday a friend threw a mulled wine party (glöggfest). She had baked so many good Christmas treats and there were a lot of nice people there. Today we went to another friend and baked Lucia saffron buns and decorated a gingerbread house. Perfect. Now the kids are sleeping and I’m going to watch an episode of Homeland.
As you might have read there is a lot of snow here in Stockholm. It’s beautiful. I took this picture with my phone on my way home yesterday. It’s in Aspudden, a suburb to Stockholm that I love.
Now to the most important part. I’ve added ten more songs to the Dos Christmas playlist:
She & Him – Baby, It´s Cold Outside
Bruce Springsteen – Santa Claus Is Coming’ To Town
Jose Feliciano – Feliz Navidad
Ingo Star Cruiser – Just Like Christmas
Slow Club – Christmas TV
Sufjan Stevens – Sister Winter
Tori Amos – Winter
Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)
Sufjan Stevens – O Holy Night
Kate Bush – Snow Flake
Hope you like them. I also have a question for you. What Christmas song is your favorite of all time? Please comment and let me know. We can’t get enough of good music!
The previous songs on the Dos Christmas playlist are:
Sufjan Stevens – Jingle bells
Elton John – Step in to Christmas
She and Him – Sleigh Ride

The Ronettes – Frosty the snowman
Frank Sinatra – Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
