Nesting: Frame your heros

Sometimes the things you want to get done in your home are simple, you just have to make time for them.  Today Viola and I took the time after day care to decorate her bedroom wall, inspired by Timo´s room from the Wieslander visit , So with the Star Wars bounty hunter in mind we framed some of Viola´s idols. She loves Scooby Doo so his picture was a must. And also the Yo gabba gabba characters.  All the frames are from a local fleamarket.

We also printed a picture of Viola from our last Nebraska-visit, when we saw the Scooby Doo car IRL. One of her fondest memories.

And if you haven’t taken the Wieslander house tour. Go do that now!

Have a great week end.

What is Nesting on Dos Family?

When I am out visiting people I see so many “good Ideas” that I collect with my camera. It can be neat everyday things like clever storage solutions for your clothes or just fun decor.
Small things that give your home a little more swag or simply make it more efficient.

The ones I am drawn to are often thrifty and pretty effortless and I hope you find them just as inspiring.
Also all of them are photographed by me or Isabelle. And sometimes they are from our own homes.

Fint!
    Trevlig helg tillbaka!

Viola’s room is so fun and lovely…! And the wallpaper, the wallpaper..! I love it. Madly, deeply, head-over-heels love it. She’s a lucky girl – what a perfect place!

Vad fint det blev! Jag hoppade till när jag såg boken Gusten Grodslukare – som jag har älskat den när jag var själv var liten! Smart bokförvaring över sängen förresten.
