A big sofa in the garden

In the house we rented in Turkey they had this huge corner sofa. It was my best. Laying there catching the last rays of of the day and reading a book. This terrasse is magic  – with a great view over the bay as you can see here. I’m thinking about building a thing like this at my cottage. I also like the daybed that Sofia and her family has in her garden is also great – but then it feels like you need a deck?

I’m also thinking about these huge rattan sofas that you can buy in every outdoor store. Maybe if you paint them in a fun color they will look better?
