I have been ill this week and was just able to go running once but I really enjoyed these to clips this week.

This kid the older brother – wow what a guy. So smart and sweet. Beware – cry-alert on this one. Lebron James is also quite shaken…


And this guy. Some good exercises there but man what a machine he is. I think I need to work out a tad harder…
But first I need to finish my Saturday-candy.

The first video is inspiring. What a lovely family.

The second video…Wow, that guy makes those crazy exercises look so easy but as a doctor, most of them look really unsafe.

totally cried at the first video, esp when he says he wants their flag on the moon. what a sweet brother.

the second video…. well, i will be happy when i can do one regular push up. the badass music did make me smile!
