Märta Li´s Playroom
Cia Borgström is a very creative mom. Last week I went for coffee at her house and checked out her daughter Märta-Li´s playroom. Unfortunately Märta Li was not home but I just had to take some pictures to show you.
At one end of the room Cia has put a little desk together for Märta Li, but I´m sure Cia sits there just as often. I love how she hung a plastic flower on the shelf like that. And the suitcase at the end, ready, in case someone needs to take off in a hurry.
As you can see she bought some stuff from IKEA. Like the magnetic knife rack “Grundtal” to hold all the tin cans with markers. Some spray painted. She also found a new way to use Knuff -the magazine filing system. She attached the bottom to the wall instead of letting it stand for it self.
On the other side of the room Cia put together a little house. “It was fairly easy to do” she testifies. Märta Li does the cooking on the first floor and the top floor is just a really nice place to hang out in. The storage unit works excellently as a stairs.
I have photographed many things that Cia has been involved in before. Like these:
- Get your bikes ready for spring! DeerDot | DosFamily
- DeerDot´s Super Mario World Dollhouse | DosFamily
- Fancy a wig? Deerdot style | DosFamily
- Bring a gift of spring | DosFamily
- DIY-Make a table lamp from a candel holder | DosFamily
- In Harry´s kitchen | DosFamily (Same kitchen as above but in a different way!)
Now Cia blogs at Color It Pink that I have blogged about before.
