After opening bread – sourdough bread shops (we even have a sourdough hotel) the latest rage in town have been dumplings. One place close to my home is Beijing 8. The owner want to make a small kind of fastfood chain from it. Tea and dumplings. It’s beautiful done – me like.
Kung fu Panda is Beppes favorite movie. So we learned him to eat it like Po does.
Some where too spicy though.
I love the steamed ones. I don’t really like images of food so I took a photo of the wall instead.
Now I am hungry again.
