The plants are taking over the apartment

It’s not only the kids that are growing at home (me I’m just the same as when I was 18.)  Anyway. the plants are crazy at home. I have to do something about it. Just look at this Polka dot begonia. It has always been my diva among the plants (look how small it used to be) but now in a window facing north it has finally found it’s place. Actually is so big I don’t know if I can keep it there since it’s on the kitchen top and we need the space. So do you, dear readers have any tips? Should/would/can I cut it down a little or what?

So my tips for caring for this plant. Give it a lot of water like once a week, like I wrote keep light but not directly in the sun. Sometimes it’s good to let it dry inbetween watering.

Update: Prune, prune prune somebody told me! It had already started to bloom. And I have lots of small begonia babies to give to friends. Just take one leave and put the end in some new soil – or in your same pot to get a more dense look. Or prune the top just above some leaves. Take a stem of about 8 cm and maybe a couple of leaves on top. Put it in new soil! Voila!

Plants enhance the beauty of a room and give a fresh feel. Nice post.

Pruning is the best way to keep your plants under control, but there’s also no better way to bring your interior design to life. You can never have too many plants in my eyes.
