Jenny In New York- Day trip to coney island
Too darn hot in NYC today, we went to Coney Island to cool off. It was so great out there. We looked at people, had burgers and hung out at the beach.
We only have a few days left here before we head back to Sweden.
Do you have any last minute tips for us? Stuff we should see on Manhattan?

Great shots. Coney Island is such a crazy cool place for photos.
One of my favourite places in NY is Lexington Candy Shop – a proper old-school diner where they serve pancake stacks, grilled cheese and coke floats.
Oh looks great! You have to go to Momofuku milkbar in east village and eat their pork bun and shrimp bun I still drool when I think about them. Best things ever. And if you can get a babysit it will be worth it to see Sleep no more show. Or if one of you can go each night – you would love it

I’m ashamed to say that I love your blog, but I’ve never posted before. I used to live in Brooklyn, though, and these shots of Coney Island are making me so nostalgic. Summer days in New York can be so magical! It’s been a few years since I’ve lived there, but my suggestion for a day or half day in Manhattan is to spend some time on the Lower East Side; take a tour of the Lower East Side Tenement Museum and follow it up with lunch at Cafe Katja, which is delicious, casual, and just a block away. Then walk a few more blocks to Economy Candy to stock up on pretty much any and every type of American candy ever made. These three suggestions alone could easily fill a few hours, but there are of course countless other things to do in the neighborhood as well! Anyway, whatever you do, have fun!
That is webb-bruset. ;))
