I have a question. I’ve been wondering about that sling you guys have. My best friend in high school had one (not exactly the same it had place where to seat-and i forgot the english name for it, we call it hamaca) in her room but her ceiling was made of hardwood I believe it was “roble” so up to this day she still has that sling there.
So my question is what type of ceiling do you have, hardwood or something like gypsum. Weird question I know.
Isabelle: Suemey- it’s not a weird question at all. It’s hard to know with the ceilings. The best is to drill a hole and see whats in there. Sometimes it can be gypsum and then under it’s harder material then you just need exta long screws. Mostly underneat somewhere there are harder material, since a ceiling mostly have a roof on top or another rooms floor… My advice is to ask a handy person. But I will also say that my experience is that it is easier to hang swings and such than you can think it is.
