Get yourself a gift that keep on giving
To avoid screaming tantrums (from yourself) on the night before Christmas while wrapping the gifts: Go get yourself a decent tape dispenser. The heavy weight kind, like mine in the picture.
You can use them one-handed while holding the paper in place and they rarely loose the tape end. I love mine so much I even decorated it with a heart.

When I was a child I used to love the one they had in my favorite stationery. I used to be envy when they wrapped things up!
