Morning jog in suburban Seattle eller 7 sorters gran
For a week we’ve been staying at my hubbies family in Seattle in a suburb called Lake Forrest park. It’s been great! The afamily is very nice, actually the first time I met them all since it’s the first time we went to Seattle since I met him in 2003.
This suburb is so green- well thewhole Seattle area is greener than green. With big trees and atleast 7 different kind of pine trees. Amazing. They are all very very tall as well. I mean in Sweden I’m used to both greenery and pine trees but this is something completely different. Just look at these streets!
It must be all the rain?
Also found myself a church along the way
And a cat that ran after me for a while. But then someone stopped in a car and said the cat had a nice home. Good.
All the gardens have this wild vibe. With a lot of different plants and trees going on but still in harmony. So so pretty!
The neighborhood is on hills very steep hills. So when I started I was all happy cause I was going down… But it was like threading water on the way up. Good for my bum I suppose!
This is the view from the deck where we are staying!
Also all around are big bushes with hydrangea – Hortensia. I never seen them in the “wild” like this. Mostly in Sweden they are cut flowers – or? These are nice flat ones.
Well just wanted to show you around the hood!
This is not from the sae hood but still a very nice driveway.
Makes me thinking of Edward Scissorhands!
