I have been sitting like this pretty much for a week now.
The thing is that I can’t decide if I should get an office outside of home or just continue to work like I do now. I seems that every time I get an office I get jobs on location and when I quit the office space I have work to do from home. I also enjoy working from home in the sense that I can work, pick up the kids, hang with them and then continue to do stuff if I need. But it also good to have an office to get some space between work and private life. But they are already so much tangled that I can’t separate. Well I have to wait and see.

I haven’t had much time to browse the net this week but here are some cool stuff:

Dusty deco – love the store and I’m addicted to their scented candles.

And ok – the season finale of Girls. Can we talk about this? What happened? I don’t like the Ocd twist at all. And the sudden love story twists in different directions, to quick or not really genuine. I so love this series but I felt they lost it in a weird way. But I guess it all will make a 360 change next season so.. But What do you think? (I’m trying to write this without to many spoilers- read Manrepellers thoughts here.

And at last part two: How are you doing with the dos running club? I think it was a pretty good start? Love to hear you feedback on it!

I finally took the time to buy a ergonomic laptop stand and a wireless keyboard and wow do my neck thank me for it!

Those of you that follow me onInstagram.com/isabellemcallister have probably seen this image of my son Beppe. His expression somehow defines my mood today. I’m happy but still have a bit too much on my table that I can’t seem to get anything done properly. For you who have send us awesome applications for being assistants and working with us- I’m sorry but I haven’t really had the time to answer them all yet. This doesn’t mean that I don’t care or that I don’t want to work with you – I just haven’t had the time to go through it all. I’m overwhelmed by all the applications- thank you!
This week I really have to get some book projects going and this weekend I’m taking a technical course of photography - yay!

Hopefully the weather is better tomorrow for making some images for the running club!

Ok folks – this is the first week schedule for Dos Running Club.
We start easy to prevent getting injured.
I’m trilled to get this going but my life got a bit in the way so here is the schedule but I will post a video/photos with a how to of the warm up, stretch and core exercises – hopefully tomorrow so it’s gonna be easier to understand. Let me know how this week is working out for you – ok?
I also don’t know all the sports terms in English so if you find something weird – just tell me!

Warm up before all workouts:
5min quick walk,  20-30 toe lifts , 20-30 lunges exercises, 20-30 hoppsasteg / high knees

Stretch after every workout:
Calves, hip flexor, front thighs, rear thighs, outer thighs, buttocks
You can see some more stretch exercises here.

3 sessions / week
Day 1: 3min quick walking – 3min jog – 3min quick walking – 3min jog for a total of 25-30min
TIP: Use clock / mobile and keep track of the time. Or make a playlist of about 3min long favorite songs where you go jogging every other song.

Day 2: Quick step walking 15min + 10min jog without a break (how slow any time but keep jogging) + strength 30 toe lifts, 30 squats, plank 30sec-1 min x3
Day 3: 3min brisk walking – 4min jog – 3min brisk walking – 4min jog for a total of 25-30min
TIP: Use clock / mobile and keep track of the time. Or make a playlist of about 3-4min long favorite songs where you go jogging every other song.

What an awesome doctor. Apparently it´s hard to recover from even a simple flu when you are stressing around like a crazy chicken. Huh!

Now I´m going to start practicing.
I know I wont be able to stay away from Dos for very long.

“Okay… can we do the styling?”

This morning I had to say good bye to the bunch of cool girls in the picture below. And now I´m back home in my own kitchen. Tired and happy.

“Hi! I’m Elsie from A Beautiful Mess . I love Dos Family and am happy to be here today.
I love handmade Holiday gifts. I did quite a few Holiday DIY projects on my blog this season. Here is something new that I’ve been saving. I crocheted this little bib for my newborn niece, Penelope. I didn’t use a pattern for this one. I crocheted the base shape of the bib and the the tie and hand stitched the features on the owl’s face with a tapestry needle. It was a fun one evening project!
