DIY Turn your plastic robots into pure gold

Every now and then I get a bright idea and sometimes they really shine.

Among the many toys in our house we have several toy robots. Mostly from flea markets and happy meals. This summer I took them all out in our garden and spray painted them in a wonderful metallic gold from Montana. They look pretty darn amazing right now.

1. Collect some robots. 2. Give them a good cleaning. 3. Spray them-let them dry-spray them again. Repeat until they are covered.

They are so awesome! I love how the gold makes them into trophies or sculptures.
